Languages
The official languages of the Congress will be  English.

Slide Centre
Computer projection only shall be available in all rooms. No slide projectors will be available in the conference rooms and therefore it will not be possible to connect laptops to slide projectors. Speakers are invited to deliver their Power Point presentations to the Slide Centre on floppy disk, Cd-Rom or USB memory, saved with the speaker's name, at least one hour prior to their scheduled time. For images, please use extensions .gif or .jpg. For any other extension type or very large files, please contact the Organizing Secretariat. Each Speaker shall collect their technical material at the end of the session, or at the latest at the end of the day.
The Organizing Secretariat accepts no responsibility for any lost audio-visual material that was not collected or left unattended.

CME Accreditation (for Italian partecipants only)
CME Accreditation will be requested to the Italian Ministry of Health in relation with the Italian Continuing Medical Educational program (CME).

Certificate of attendance
At the end of the Congress, a certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants, based on their actual attendance to course sessions and only by personal badge presentation.

Variations
The Scientific and the Organizing Secretariats reserve the right to make whatever change to the program they deem necessary for scientific and/or technical reasons, in compliance with Ministry regulations on CME credits.

Registration to the Congress: is compulsory to send abstract.
Abstracts may be submitted via Internet only. There is no paper form to complete or mail. Faxed and mailed submissions will not be considered.

Please note dead line for abstract is February 01, 2010
When preparing to submit their abstract, authors should have on hand the ID registration number sent by e.mail when you pay for your registration.

How to register and pay
All payments must be made only as follows:
• on web site by payPall
• bank transfer, with no bank expenses, made out to Lisciotto Turismo srl.
